• Structure consists of piling basement retention system with post tensioned concrete suspended floor and precast concrete stair/lift cores.
• Façade consists of masonry and lightweight render finish with glazed balustrading.
• Each apartment is fitted with engineered timber flooring, vinyl wrap and select laminate joinery with reconstituted stone benchtops, contemporary appliances, fixtures and fittings.
